Be very careful when ordering this product. I have an HP desktop and never had problems with it. This laptop was ordered as a Christmas present for my son to use in his class from high school. E 'was 25 Happy December to mid February. At this point, the 30-day return policy at Amazon. The control panel has been burnt. For days I was on the phone with technical support from HP, as the laptop covered by a one-year warranty. Every time I called (about every 6 total, and the listeners stillnot fixed), I have at least an hour on the phone. Every agent I spoke with me a different story, and that the HP service center in my area do not take care of this problem because the handset acts as a consumer product. Would not be allowed to correct their own service provider, a part of him. Now I am waiting for a box to send the laptop to HP for repair. I have very real concerns, that will never see again. If I do it again, I went to a shopBuy it. The warranty is much more present – usually 90 days.
